In working progress:
The first month is pretty terrible, remember your body is going through trauma.
The happy endorphins that were running through our veins due to our adoration/familiarity for another is gone... and now we are left with our own thoughts, with so much uncertainty here are some steps that I have seen help in the first month.
We will also be focusing on what do later, please remember that heartbreak takes time to heal and mostly its the internal work that fixes, not running to another because yes you will be back here again
