Podcasts are a great way to learn about different topics from brilliant minds globally, feel like you are part of a conversation or learn something completely new (like how amazing our human brain is).
Podcasts became such an integral part of my journey, particularly as I was navigating loneliness and readjusting to my new life (especially when majority of friend circle were from my ex ).
The podcasts groups have been split into two groups - Breakup Buddy Intense Intense and Break up Buddy Fun listens which vary from reflecting on your traumas to navigating apps (ah yeah thats fun).
